The team collaborated with stakeholders through conversations and iterations to develop an interactive learning journey.
Trees were used on the journey map to symbolize growth and ongoing education.
A flow map was created with stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of the user journey.
Low-fidelity wireframes were designed for testing usability and design.
High-fidelity mockups were developed, and HTML and CSS3 were written for the pages.
The project provided gradual information to prevent overwhelming patients and families.
A specially designed portal allowed patients to ask physicians questions and receive suggested readings for better disease management.
